Happy Holiday!!
Hello! I am makoto. Nice to see you again!
Today I celebrated our Holiday with my parents! I made French fries and fried grass. Fried grass includes cut cabbage and spinach. I bought a French cheese and Chamiseul (Korean gin) at a imported goods store. My mom made Korean kimchi soup and bought fried chicken at Family Mart (Japanese convenience store).
We spent a great time. We drank Chamiseul. It was good for me because it was sweet though it was not fruit-flavored. But the alcohol was not familiar with my parents. They felt the taste was like just alcohol. They prefer beer or whisky to Chamiseul.

After dinner, each of us ate a piece of blueberry pie which I bought at a bakery in the supermarket. It was sweet and crunchy. Especially, the blueberry jam made the taste of baked pie stronger. My mom wanted to eat it tomorrow, too.

By the way, the bakery's name that I always buy is Bernard. It is used for French men's names.
Bernard Loiseau (1951/Jan/13 - 2003/Feb/24) was a famous cook in France. He made a stabled Gastronomy.
I am not sure, but I think the name of the bakery is related to him.
It is surprised to use a lot of butter for viennoiseries (such as croissant and pain au chocolat in French) although Bernard Loiseau suggested plates made by water※.
Was there other famous bakers which are familiar with Japanese people? Please tell me if anyone knows.
Well, have a wonderful holidays!
